This Privacy Policy describes how Tech Fusioncodes Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand FusionCode or FusionCodes (referred to as “FusionCode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data.
Our registered office is at:
CP/140, 1st Floor, Viraj Khand-4, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010, India
Company identifiers:
FusionCode is a software development and technology services company. We design, develop, integrate, maintain, and support websites, mobile applications, APIs, enterprise software, CRM systems, automation solutions, and other digital products. References on our website to fintech, recharge, utility-payment, WhatsApp, blockchain, device-management, or similar solutions describe software development, integration, or technology services unless a page expressly states otherwise.
FusionCode does not, merely by providing or describing software, act as a bank, wallet issuer, payment system operator, lender, investment intermediary, Aadhaar authentication agency, or principal provider of a regulated financial service.
This Policy applies when you:
Some products or services may have an additional privacy notice, consent screen, agreement, or customer-specific policy. That additional notice applies to the relevant product or feature and, where it conflicts with this general Policy, will control for that product or feature.
This Policy does not automatically govern a website, application, or platform that FusionCode develops for a customer but that the customer owns or operates. In those cases, the customer normally decides why and how personal data is processed, and its privacy policy should be reviewed. FusionCode may process that data on the customer’s documented instructions as a technology service provider or data processor.
Depending on the circumstances, FusionCode may act in either of the following roles:
If your request concerns data held in a customer-operated system, we may direct you to that customer or assist the customer in responding.
We collect only the data reasonably required for the relevant interaction, service, or legal obligation. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
Please do not send Aadhaar numbers, banking credentials, card PINs, passwords, one-time passwords, health records, biometric information, or other sensitive data through a general website form unless we have specifically requested it through an authorised and secure process for a clearly stated purpose.
When you use our website or an online service, we or our authorised service providers may collect:
We do not state that cookies contain no personal data. Depending on how they are used and linked, cookie identifiers, IP addresses, and similar online identifiers may constitute personal data.
The categories processed through a particular product depend on the features selected and the customer’s configuration. They may include:
For customer-controlled products, FusionCode generally processes this data to provide the contracted service and not for unrelated independent purposes.
We may receive personal data from:
Where an integration is enabled, the third-party platform’s terms and privacy policy also apply to its own processing.
We may process personal data for the following specific purposes:
Where consent is required, we will request consent through a clear affirmative action for the specified purpose. You may withdraw consent through the method provided at collection or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal, and it may prevent us from providing a feature that requires the relevant data.
We may also process data without consent where an applicable law permits or requires it, including for certain legitimate uses expressly recognised by law. We do not treat a broad commercial interest as unlimited permission to use personal data.
If you submit an enquiry or request contact, we may respond through the channel you selected or the contact details you provided. Service, account, security, billing, and support communications are not promotional messages.
We may send promotional email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or telephone communications only in accordance with applicable consent and telecommunications requirements. We do not claim that a website checkbox automatically overrides registrations under do-not-disturb or similar preference systems.
You may opt out of promotional communications by using the unsubscribe method in the message or by emailing business@fusioncodes.in. We may retain minimal suppression information so that we can honour the opt-out. Opting out of marketing does not stop communications necessary to provide a requested service or administer an existing relationship.
Our website may use:
Where required, non-essential cookies will be used only after an appropriate choice has been provided. You can manage cookies through our consent tool, where available, and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect certain functions.
Third-party tools may place or read their own cookies when enabled. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy notices. The live cookie banner or cookie notice should identify the current tools and cookie categories used on the website.
We do not sell personal data for money. We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy with:
Service providers and subcontractors are permitted to process data only for authorised purposes and are expected to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures. A third party that independently determines how it uses personal data is responsible for its own processing and privacy notice.
We do not share Aadhaar data for authentication, submit KYC data to financial institutions, or disclose investment or wallet information merely because our website describes software that can be built or integrated for fintech businesses.
Some service providers, integrations, customers, or support teams may process or access data from countries outside India. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards and will comply with restrictions or requirements notified under applicable law.
Customer contracts may specify approved hosting regions, subprocessors, or transfer arrangements for customer-controlled data.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to:
Retention periods vary according to the type of record, contractual commitments, legal limitation periods, security needs, and applicable law. When data is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymise it, or securely isolate it until deletion is technically completed through normal backup cycles.
For data processed on behalf of a customer, deletion and return are governed by the customer’s instructions, the applicable contract, product settings, and legal requirements.
We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. Depending on the system and risk, these may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, network and endpoint safeguards, logging, monitoring, backups, vulnerability management, employee confidentiality obligations, and incident-response procedures.
No internet transmission, software system, or storage method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords, authentication factors, API keys, and devices and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will investigate, take reasonable containment and remediation measures, and provide notifications where and within the time required by applicable law or contract.
Subject to applicable law and the relevant provisions being in force, you may have the right to:
To exercise a right, email business@fusioncodes.in with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please describe your request and the relevant interaction, account, or service. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Do not send a full identity document unless specifically requested through a secure method.
Rights may be limited where we must retain or process data to comply with law, protect another person’s rights, maintain security, prevent fraud, perform an existing contract, or establish or defend legal claims. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If FusionCode processes the data solely for one of our customers, please submit the request to that customer. We will provide reasonable assistance as required by our contract and applicable law.
Our corporate website and business services are directed primarily to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal data directly from anyone under 18 through the general website.
If a product is intended to process a child’s data, the applicable customer and product workflow must provide the required notice, age or guardian verification, and verifiable parental or lawful guardian consent before processing, unless a legal exception applies. We do not use children’s personal data for tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising in a manner prohibited by law.
If you believe a child has provided personal data to us without appropriate authorisation, contact business@fusioncodes.in.
Our website and products may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, APIs, social networks, app stores, payment services, communication channels, or cloud services. FusionCode does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy notices before providing data or enabling an integration.
A link, integration, portfolio reference, or technology logo does not by itself imply that the third party endorses FusionCode or that FusionCode controls the third party’s processing.
We may update this Policy when our services, technologies, legal obligations, or data practices change. We will publish the revised Policy with an updated “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal data, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
We will not rely solely on continued website use as consent to a materially new purpose where fresh consent is legally required.
